Through twenty years of project management experience in the healthcare equipment and telecommunications industries, Kristy delivers IT-credentialed experience in planning, specification, and implementation of leading-edge FF&E. Kristy is known for delivering accuracy and excellent customer service.

Heidi Penfold is co-founder of Envision Planning, LLC and manages client relations operations.  Heidi’s project management experience brings over fifteen years of client consulting service, with concentrated experience in the medical and non-profit sectors.  Utilizing innovative problem solving skills and a strong emphasis on quality control, Heidi works closely with clients to consistently deliver on-time completion of medical FF&E projects, ensuring product accuracy and budgetary compliance.
